KARISMA RH COLLAGEN is a bio-restorative soft filler that uses a new patented natural human collagen precursor (1-chain R polypeptide collagen) to promote the production of type I collagen in human dermal fibroblasts. These polypeptides, together with high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and CMC (carboxymethylcellulose), act synergistically for a natural restoration of the skin's pre-ageing condition.
USE MEDICAL STRICT. Medical device. Injection of hyaluronic acid. Use reserved for dermatologists and aesthetic doctors because they require a medical procedure.
KARISMA RH COLLAGEN is:
- Composed of totally natural substances and without the use of chemical binders.
- Totally biocompatible, it promotes the innate regenerative capacity of the skin.
- Non-allergenic, respectful of the natural origin of substances.
- TAUMED

Face.
Rh Collagen: Collagen combining R-polypeptide chain a1. Increases the production of pro-collagen type I C-Peptide in fibroblasts. This type of peptide facilitates the coiling of pro-collagen molecules into a triple helix conformation within the endoplasmic reticulum.
CMC: Carboxymethylcellulose. It exerts an anti-ageing effect in the dermis: it inhibits the action of the enzyme hyaluronidase and preserves the endogenous hyaluronic acid, which, while remaining in the tissues, continues to carry out its hydration and tissue repair activities in depth.
HA: High molecular weight hyaluronic acid. It participates in the creation of a favourable environment for fibroblast proliferation and metabolism.
- The treatment must be carried out by a qualified physician or healthcare professional under conditions of strict asepsis and sterility.
- Always inform the patient - before treatment - about indications, possible risks, side effects, the resorbable nature of the product and the method of administration.
- Thoroughly disinfect the area to be treated before injection.
- Inject slowly and avoid excessive pressure on the plunger. If using a needle or cannula, ensure that the depth and technique are correct.
- After injection, it is recommended to gently massage the treated area to distribute the product evenly and promote a good result.
- Avoid treatment in areas already treated with permanent implants or non-compatible fillers, unless medically assessed.
- Inform patients taking anticoagulant drugs or those who increase the risk of bleeding that the injection may cause bruising, bruising or bleeding.
- Advise the patient to avoid the following in the days following treatment: trauma or pressure on the treated area, excessive exposure to heat or sun, aggressive treatments (deep peeling, laser, dermabrasion) immediately after the injection.
KARISMA RH COLLAGEN is contraindicated in the following cases:
- In case of active skin inflammation, infection, active acne, herpes or other lesions/infections in the area to be treated.
- During pregnancy or lactation.
- In the presence of known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the product's ingredients (hyaluronic acid, collagen content, etc.).
- In subjects with a tendency to pathological scarring / keloids / hypertrophic scars.
- In the case of severe systemic diseases, conditions that impair healing or compromise the immune system - administration must be considered with caution.
- Under 18 years of age.
It is indicated for the medium-term correction of facial skin blemishes due to skin ageing and/or loss of volume, and is therefore suitable for individuals who wish to reduce skin imperfections of the face, lips, redefine contours, or in whom subcutaneous tissue is particularly unstructured. It is also able to correct minor scarring (e.g. acne scars).
The natural human collagen precursor contained in KARISMA RH COLLAGEN promotes the formation of type I procollagen in fibroblasts, enhancing the triple helix structure of collagen molecules and supporting the rejuvenation of the extracellular matrix.
CMC inhibits the enzyme hyaluronidase, protecting endogenous hyaluronic acid and prolonging the moisturising and regenerating action of the filler in the tissue.
Yes, thanks to its biorestitutive action on the mid-dermis and stimulation of fibroblasts, it can visibly reduce minor scarring and improve skin texture.
Standard treatment involves: first session (T0) with 1 ampoule, second session at 30 days (T30) with 2nd ampoule, and recall at 4 months to consolidate results.
Avoid trauma, pressure on the treated area, prolonged exposure to the sun or heat sources and aggressive procedures (deep peeling, laser, dermabrasion) in the following days. Gently massaging the area can help distribute the product evenly.
