Shipping Policy

At FillerKosm we adopt a structured logistical management to ensure speed, reliability e continuity of service. The aim is to offer professionals a lean, timely and industry-standard supply chain medical & aesthetic.

1.1 - Order Processing

Orders received by 12 noon → prepared the same day and dispatched the next day.
Orders received after 12 noon → prepared the next day and dispatched the same day.

All shipments are processed within 24 hours from order confirmation.

1.2 - Delivery Times

Domestic shipments (Italy)

Peninsula: 24 hours
Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia: 48 working hours
Smaller islands: 48-72 working hours

International Shipments

Standard: 1 to 3 working days (or more) depending on the destination and the service chosen.

User's duty of disclosure

In the event of non-delivery beyond 5 working days than the date estimated by the courier, the user must contact FillerKosm without delay:

1.3 - Exclusion of liability

FillerKosm is not liable for delays or impossibility of delivery due to causes of force majeure, including: strikes, natural events (earthquakes, floods), extreme weather conditions, traffic blocks, health restrictions or other events beyond our control.

1.4 - Shipment Tracking

Each shipment is generated with a unique tracking number, which can be consulted by the user at any time.

1.5 - Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, unless otherwise stated.

Orders over € 100 + VAT → free shipping.
Orders less than € 100 + VAT → € 9.00 + VAT.

Return Policy

2.1 - Prior authorisation

Any return must be authorised in advance by Dermakosm Srl - Benefit Society.

2.2 - Timing

Returns must be received by 20 days after delivery.

2.3 - Return Costs

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the user, barring errors attributable to FillerKosm.
