- PROTOCOL: Phase at doctor's office
The treatment carried out in the studio exerts an intense depigmenting action focused on accelerating the cell renewal process and eliminating melanin deposits that accumulate in the skin. It consists of superimposing two synergetic professional masks. The patient removes the product at home, once the time indicated by the specialist has elapsed. The treatment is not bothersome and is perfectly compatible with the routine over the following days.
Home Stage
This phase begins 48/72 hours after mask removal. The home protocol involves a continuous depigmenting action, progressively reducing the spot during treatment. It also exerts a long-term regulatory action within the melanocyte, reducing melanin synthesis and acting on the origin of hyperpigmentation to control the reappearance of the spot.
Application at home: apply dermamelan treatment twice a day, followed by melan recovery and mesoprotech® melan 130 pigment against during daytime applications.
- USE: Strict medical use.
- dermamelan® mask: 1 x 10 g.

Face.
The new dermamelan® formula is unprecedented, endorsed by two exclusive patents developed by mesoestetic® to achieve maximum effectiveness in correcting and regulating hyperpigmentation that allow a complete and effective action to treat the most resistant spots:
- (Syn) pigmentarget: a complex of 3 active ingredients with synergetic action in the inhibition of the regulatory process of pigment synthesis.
- Melaphennone: Acts directly by reducing pigment overproduction in the melanocyte (cell responsible for melanin synthesis).
Oil removing solution: Acetone, alcohol, water, citric acid, CI 42090.
dermamelan® treatment: kojic dipalmitate, niacinamide, retinyl palmitate, ferulic acid.
melan recovery: shea butter, niacinamide, squalane, Rhodosorus marinus extract, bisabolol.
mesoprotech® melan 130 pigment: octocrylene, homosalate, butyl methoxydibenzylmethane, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, titanium dioxide, methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol, polysilicone-15.
- The treatment must be performed or supervised by a qualified professional (doctor or dermatologist).
- Avoid exposure to the sun and UV rays for at least 15 days before treatment.
- Apply the professional mask for the time indicated by the specialist; remove with lukewarm water and follow up after the mask.
- After the mask, during the home phase, use the indicated “household” products (depigmenting cream, soothing cream, sunscreen) daily.
- It is mandatory to use broad-spectrum photoprotection throughout the treatment and maintenance periods.
- Perform an initial skin sensitivity test (patch test) if indicated, to check for allergic reactions.

APPLICATION
Studio treatment
Phase 1:
Apply oil removing solution with the help of gauze to clean, dry skin.
Step 2: Distribute the unopened contents of the bottle, 10 g of dermamelan mask evenly over the entire face, avoiding contact with sensitive areas.
Step 3: Place the hydrogel veil of dermamelan ion mask directly on top of dermamelan mask. Its application provides moisture and facilitates the action of the actives.
Leave both masks on for 4 hours regardless of the severity of hyperpigmentation and skin phototype.
Home treatment
48/72 h after removal of the masks, home treatment begins.
This treatment offers a continuous depigmenting action, lightening the spot progressively during treatment. It also performs a long-term regulatory action within the melanocyte, reducing melanin synthesis and acting on the origin of hyperpigmentation to control the reappearance of the spot.
Apply dermamelan treatment twice a day, then apply melan recovery and mesoprotech® melan 130 pigment control during daytime applications.
Dermamelan® is a depigmenting medical treatment designed to eliminate existing skin spots and prevent their reappearance in the long term. Its action is not limited to removing pigment accumulated in the stratum corneum, but also regulates the processes within the melanocytes responsible for melanin synthesis, thus offering a comprehensive approach to treating hyperpigmentation.
The treatment starts in the doctor's office with the application of two synergistic professional masks that promote the elimination of melanin deposits and accelerate cell renewal. 48-72 hours after removal of the masks, the patient continues at home with daily use of Dermamelan® Treatment, Melan Recovery and Mesoprotech® Melan 130 Pigment Control, which guarantee gradual depigmentation and a long-term regulatory effect on the melanocyte.
The results can already be seen during the first few weeks of home treatment, with a progressive lightening of spots and an even improvement in skin tone. Thanks to the regulating action on melanocytes, spots are not only reduced, but also the risk of their reappearance over time, keeping the skin brighter and more even.
Before undergoing Dermamelan®, it is essential to protect the skin from UV radiation and avoid intense sun exposure for at least 15 days. The doctor will assess the condition of the skin and may suggest discontinuing aggressive treatments or exfoliating products. A clean, moisturised and irritation-free skin allows an even application of the mask and optimal results.
During treatment and until complete healing, it is not advisable to combine Dermamelan® with deep chemical peels, lasers, dermabrasion or waxing. Exposure to these treatments may irritate the skin, reduce the effectiveness of the depigmentation protocol and increase the risk of side effects. Your doctor will possibly establish a customised schedule if you wish to integrate other treatments later.
