Plinest Hair is a polynucleotide-based injection gel (7.5 mg/ml) indicated for the prevention of hair loss and stimulation of regrowth. It is applied via intradermal injections onto the scalp according to a customisable protocol. The treatment promotes hair thickening, improves scalp trophism and supports follicular regeneration, making it indicated in cases of androgenetic alopecia, post-partum hair loss, thinning eyebrows and pre- and post-surgical trichological operations.
USE MEDICAL STRICT. Medical device. Use reserved for dermatologists and aesthetic doctors because they require a medical procedure.

- PRESENTATION: 1 x 2 ml.

- INDICATIONS: Plinest Hair stands out for its in-depth treatment strategy, providing a comprehensive and customisable protocol to address hair loss and promote healthy and vigorous growth.
- INJECTION DEPTH: Injections by intradermal route.
- DURATION: One infiltration every week is recommended for a total of four sessions during the first month. This initial phase aims to provide an initial boost to the hair growth process, preparing the ground for subsequent improvements. It involves one session every 2-3 weeks for the following 2-3 months. This intermediate phase is designed to consolidate and optimise the results obtained in the previous phase. The more relaxed interval between sessions allows the treatment to act in depth and support the regeneration of hair follicles, contributing to denser and more robust hair growth. After completion of the first two phases, we move on to the maintenance phase, which consists of one session every month or every 2 months, depending on the patient's individual needs. This phase aims at preserving and prolonging the results obtained, offering a continuous solution to maintain the health and vitality of hair over time.

The first results may be visible as early as 3-4 weeks after the initial treatment phase, but hair density and thickness gradually increase with subsequent sessions.
Yes, it can be supplemented with topical or laser scalp therapies, but only under medical supervision to optimise results and ensure safety.
The treatment is indicated on areas of diffuse or localised thinning, on the top of the head, the frontal line and in areas affected by androgenetic or post-partum alopecia.
Aggressive washing, intense massage or prolonged exposure to the sun in the first 24-48 hours should be avoided. Any redness or small pimples are normal and disappear spontaneously.
